K. Sri Dhammananda

The library was named K. Sri Dhammananda Library in memoery of our late Chie, Venerable Dr. K. Sri Dhamananda Nayaka Maha Thera. It has a wide selection of Buddhist books which are mainly in English. There is also a minor selection in Pali and Mandarin.
The library is located on the first floor above P.H. Henry Hall. The place is conducive for quiet and comfortable reading and for people who want to do further studies and research on Buddhism.
Expansion on the selection of books is constantly being undertaken. We are currently in the process of upgrading the library to a web based system to improve the library services and facilities the borrowing of books.
Currently the library is opened on Sunday from 9.00am to 4.00pm. We have a group of volunteers helping to man the library.
We would like to expand the library opening hours and to speed up the implementation of the new library system. In these regards, we welcome more volunteers to sign up.
