Our temple, steeped in rich traditions and cultural significance, provides a serene backdrop for a ceremony that goes beyond the ordinary.
1.
Head to any JPN office, and for your convenience, we recommend visiting the JPN Office at Jalan Dutamas, where we are officially registered.
2.
Fill out the KC02/KC 01 F form and have it attested by the commissioner of oaths at the JPN office.
3.
Include a recent
passport-sized colored photograph of both the bride and groom in the form.
4.
Pay the processing fee of
RM 20/- at the JPN office.
Before leaving the JPN Office ensure that every page of the form is stamped, the receipt for RM 20 is endorsed & attached to the form.

Provide photocopies of the MyKad (front and back) in A4 size for the following individuals:
Bride
Groom
Bride's witness
Groom's witness
2.
If either party is divorced, submit a photocopy of the divorce documents (DECREE NISI MADE ABSOLUTE).

A service fee of RM 150/- would be charged.

Bride, Groom and the 2 Witness must be present.
Original MyKad of the couple and the 2 witnesses must be submitted to the counter upon arrival to BMV.
The exchange of rings is allowed during the registration.
The couple, the witness and the attendees must be dressed properly.
Before the wedding registration, the blessing by the monk is conducted. Please bring puja offerings like flowers, fruits, or even dry provisions (refer to our dana list). Candles can be purchased from our front counter and joss sticks are available at our premise.
