our project
This is Compassion-in-action group’s (CIA) first project which began in September 2010. Under this project, we provide meals to the needy and under privileged in central Kuala Lumpur area. As of to date, there are around 120-170 people collecting meals from us on weekly basis.
Each person gets a meal set consisting of one packet of vegetarian rice or noodle, a loaf of bread and a bottle of mineral water. Meals distribution is carried out with the details shown below.
In July 2012, we expanded meal distribution to Charis Shelter Home, a shelter home for seniors in Pudu Pasar area. This year April, we start providing meal to Trinity Children Home in Petaling Jaya.
